回到家12点.睡之前又发现要洗衣服, 边洗衣边打蚊子...1点半才睡.

5点半醒了,驾车到bukit aman的car park, 看到cari runners的一班人...然后大家一起走到dataran merdeka.

拍了照过后又喊下口号,赶紧去排位聊下天地7:30am开始跑.

这次以为和上个星期酱的距离再长点,开始就冲了去前面...

跑到蛮辛苦的因为这个星期只练习了一次,过了5km的时候胃就抽筋.

不得不放慢速度,痛到想走路了...但是我的最底线是慢跑...就不相信跑不完．

最后2km的U-turn和SC一样要死酱, 可是经过一班拉拉队的呐喊...(尤其是美女那边)

动力就回来了...尝试冲回到终点...辛苦到...

64名有奖牌(48mins)...其实可以更好的...不过我已经尽力了.

赶快去喝水,milo,100号...拿goodies bag.

等一些跑友回来, 拍下照我就赶着去上班了...

星期六晚工作到11点, 回到家12点.睡之前才发现要洗衣服, 边洗衣边看戏...

不知不觉到了凌晨5点...收拾一下, 没有睡到觉...

慢慢驾车出发,到了bukit aman的car park很想睡一下又怕不会醒.

看到cari runners的一大班人...然后大家一起走到dataran merdeka.

相机人就开时忙碌了,拍过了近百张照过后到7:30才开始跑.

chaucky一开始就冲了去前面...快~

我也想尝试跑快...但是上坡时就慢了下来, 下坡又不能慢...脚很伤下...

最后2km时旁边有个黑人好像不让人家割他酱, 就有点TL...

遇到chaucky说还有1km多, 尝试再跑快一点...反正也只是1km而已.

还好有交警封路才跑到很顺一路冲回到终点...辛苦到要吐不出所料...

当然那黑人也被我抛离了蛮远...哈哈哈...爽~

53名有奖牌, 真的是高手如云...赶快去喝水, 有milo,rebina,100号...但是没有Mc'dT_T

拍了照我就赶着去上班了... 一整天都感觉到很累, 下次一定要睡觉.

Crazy run I done before

When I feel fail, I got no way to take out my bad feeling especially something can not tell everyone like relationship...

I start my running training last year end for great eastern pacesetters 30km race, I found that running let me vent my energy and emotion to peace...

I remember once I try to run up to genting highlands from taman melawati, that day I feel really bad about my self... I thing I can't do anything seek like no confident at all, but I told my self at least I can run...

Without any preparation, no hp, no money... just alone.

At the start I just want to run around the house area, but when I almost finish to turn back...

I feel something I will do is the idea to run up to the genting highlands... really crazy thinking...

I remember that when I run beside the highway, all dust stick on my face and glass...

I sweat and my vest is wet, my heart is pain...

At the end but not the genting highlands, my leg cramps... my mind tired...

I stop at a roadside peddler and request for a warm water without paying...

Thanks for the nice guy, the peddler place is near genting sepah...

After I rest enough that I take a taxi back to my house...

Really crazy experience for me...

Nearly 22km...

The Price I Won't Pay

At this night, because of something happen...

I feel no good...

I blame myself, is used to be like this?

Is this call luck? bad one... double up...

No matter how, something I can't handle and control I will get away from it...

It is escape, I know... but I just can be like this... alone...

At least I won't get hurt, is just a way to protect myself...

I can't be down, the price to me is too big...

Just stay focus, job is a positive return to me compare to my effort...

Again, realism... pity guy...
