Actually divided by weeks my weekly mileage just around 40-50km, how could I make it 70-80km? I mean I know the how but seem my will not going to do that, I lost my passion that crazy about running. May be I will do that after I achieved my 2010 running goal is make my 10km running timing below 40mins.
I know not easy to clock the below 40mins, but many peoples can do why not me? National record was 29mins 30.19 secs since 16yrs ago, is 1min 10.8 secs per lap 400m maintain for 25 laps. Can I have this dream? Break it~ May be someday, but I want below 40mins this yr.
